All Mine Concierge,  provides professional Project and Estate Management, Events Planning/Management, and Personal Concierge services.  The company was founded by executive director Jennifer Putnam in 2016.  Jennifer has over 20 years of professional business, management, marketing and sales experience in Real Estate, Hospitality and Business Development.

Jennifer's strategic and logistic approach to any project or task takes all factors into consideration first and works diligently within each clients individual parameters and time frame for the best and most successful solution and end result.   Her seamless execution, foresight, integrity, and genuine care and love for people is what consistently allows her to understand, assist and exceed her clients expectations.  

Her passion and creative energy is inspired by her love and knowledge of all aspects of the Real Estate Industry - Sales, Design, Construction and Property Management combined with Sales and Marketing of the Special Events industry. where she sold, planned and executed 1000's of events in her career in Connecticut, New York and South Florida. 

                 While attending the former International Fine Arts College Miami  studying Fashion Marketing and Design, she worked for Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbor, staging the store and mannequins for special events and holidays and as a "Color Me Beautiful" consultant advising fellow students the best makeup and wardrobe for their personal season, and their job interviews.  She realized early on that she had talent and a vision to enjoy her true passion no matter what she did, Being instrumental in assisting others and finding solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Over the years while raising her three children in Connecticut,  she worked with with her husband in building and establishing several successful businesses from Self Storage facilities, Automotive Repair,  and was most recently director of Marketing and Events for a well renowned (family owned) Wedding and Event Venue in Fairfield County.   Jennifer found her niche in the family Real Estate and Construction Business.  In 1998 Jennifer became a licensed Connecticut Realtor and hit the ground running, searching for property to build spec homes, selling homes, multi unit town home projects, assisting clients choose finishes and design their homes.  Again fulfilling her passion and love of helping people and being instrumental in creating memorable experiences for them and their families.  

 Jennifer moved to Boca Raton in 2013 and quickly became an active member of the Downtown community has been very involved in many charities and organizations.  She enjoys assisting and working with seasonal residents and those going thru transitions, whether it be a relocation or a family going thru a difficult time .  She is currently a Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent and provides full service concierge and real estate services to her clients.  Her diverse professional experience has always been focused on the same objective.  Providing superior customer service to her exceptionally loyal and diverse clientele.
